Hero workouts are always special. They push us to an even greater limit than our usual WODs, often times, more emotionally or mentally, than physically. This one is a little different though. This one hits home. CFI "super-couple", Logan and Jessica, were close friends to William Bushelle. Jessica was a set to spend time with him out in Las Vegas prior to her next deployment. He was family. With a heavy heart, Jessica was the one to notify many of his friends and service members of his passing. Logan and Jessica approached me shortly after his passing and asked that we honor him the best way we know how; by getting together in a nasty workout and celebrating that we can do these amazing physical things with our bodies that William no longer can. May his journey be blessed by "fair winds and following seas."
